Fresh from the Studio: The External Corner Riser

I'm excited to share something I've been working on for a while now – the External Corner Riser in acrylic. After months of design iterations and testing with the MDF version, I've just finished developing the acrylic version and wrapped up the product photography this week.

This modular corner storage unit has been a passion project, born from my own frustration with wasted corner space in the hobby desktop space area. The gloss acrylic finish, paired with complementary MDF accents, represents the premium, practical aesthetic I've always wanted for Back 2 Base-ix products.

What Makes It Special:

  • Modular Design: Stack multiple units to customise your storage height, as well as place side by side with other units from the Rack V2.0
  • Corner Optimisation: Purpose-built to utilise corner space efficiently.
  • Drawer System: Multiple pull-out drawers for easy access to tools and supplies.
  • Premium Construction: Laser-cut acrylic components with a precision-engineered fit.
  • Australian Made: Designed and manufactured right here locally.

Perfect For Your Workspace:

Whether you're organising your paint collection, storing hobby tools, or keeping terrain materials accessible, the External Corner Riser adapts to your needs. It's ideal for wargamers, miniature painters, and organised craft enthusiasts who demand both functionality and style.

If you want dimensional specs, you can see them on the MDF version for now. They will translate directly over to the acrylic version once it goes live.

The modular nature means you can start with one unit and expand as your hobby grows – just like your army!

Coming Soon:

The product page is currently in development and will be live soon. If you're interested in being among the first to get your hands on the External Corner Riser, keep an eye on our store or reach out directly – I'd love to hear from you.

Stay tuned for more updates!
