Supporting those that support me...
It's been a very busy and crazy few months of late, with lots happening on many fronts at B2B. While I've been doing a little personal 'resetting' within my hobby and headspace (see a quick video of me here, starting with a small step), it's been full steam ahead, producing gaming aids for many people around me.
With the Warcon 2026 event this year, I worked in collaboration with the organisers for both Middle Earth SBG and Infinity The Game to create a number of items, ranging from dice trackers and AoE templates, to MDF & acrylic terrain, dice trays, move widgets, tokens and command panels. Some items were part of players' packs handed out to participants at the event; others were used during gameplay, with feedback collected and noted, so we could all scurry back and finalise the refinements once the event was over.

At this point, I must tip my hat and say a big thank you to a handful of people.
To both Cory and Julian, leaders of the Adelaide SA Infinity community, thank you for all your ideas, momentum, and for pushing forward with everything we have been working on over the last 12 months. It's been fantastic working with you both, and I know there is lots more to come on many fronts. We've been able to catch our breath in recent weeks, to recharge and continue on for the next half of 2026. So thank you again for all your efforts, trust and enthusiasm.
If anyone is interested in the game Infinity by Corvus Belli (or any of their other titles) and would like to be introduced to the gameplay, and even find a regular group to game with, head over to the Infinity Adelaide and/or Infinity Australia Facebook groups to get started.
To Naomi: thank you for coming back for the second year in a row and for requesting that B2B create handouts for your players. They're always fun projects to be involved with, and I hope your MESBG player base at Warcon 2026 enjoyed their loot as much as I did making them.
If you enjoy the world of Tolkien's Middle-earth and would like to participate in an event or gaming group, be sure to check out the Warcon MESBG 2026 event page as well as the South Australian MESBG Community group. A simple enquiry will see you on the path to securing the fate of Arda!!
To Simon, congratulations on putting together such a great event as Warcon 2026. A full hall, with full tables, with games of every type, is a great spectacle to behold. With friendly people at every roll of the dice, you should be very proud of the event that has come to be.
If anyone in the Adelaide and Australian gaming scenes is interested, head over to Warcon's socials and prep for next year's event. Simon will be taking expressions of interest as soon as a larger venue is locked in. Bigger and better things are on the horizon for the Adelaide gaming scene in 2027. A full round-up of 2026 can be seen here.
It's been very exciting, and enthusiasm is always at an all-time high when working on projects and with people of this calibre. The development of ideas into physical products takes a fair bit of back-and-forth among all parties, including proofing, prototyping, testing, and tweaking. But in each case, as a team, we reached an end result we were all happy with.

To that end, I've now added the Command Panel & Token sets, compatible with Corvus Belli's 'Infinity The Game', to the store page. A new section of the store that will continue to grow over the coming weeks and months, with both already implemented ideas and new ones getting started.
I'm also excited about a new personal challenge: keeping myself on course with many ideas and projects on the B2B Studios YouTube channel. A vlog of sorts, product highlights, gaming play-throughs, game design and world-building. Maybe even some painting sessions taken from a live hangout on Discord. With so many boxes to tick in my head, I'm looking to use the format to keep things organised and free up some brain space once each thought becomes its own video. Making way for the other ideas that can't even get a breath in edgewise, let alone see the light of day.
So thank you if you made it to the end of my rant here. I appreciate you taking the time. Feel free to leave a comment if you'd like, and I'll catch you in the next update. Lots more to come...
