So here it is—your one-stop location for all your shape needs. Please choose from the growing range of materials and shapes, then enter your required dimensions and quantities before adding them to the cart. Quite user-friendly and straightforward. If you don't see what you're looking for, get in contact with me via email, and I'll do my best to add it to the options available.
Precision laser cut from the materials in the menu above. Available in any amount.
'Custom Requirements': I'm happy to help with any custom cutting requirements, especially if you need something beyond the standard options on this page.
How it works:
- Discuss your needs: Contact me via email to confirm what can be produced for your custom requirements.
- Get a quote: Usually, I'll have you use this page to configure a similar item to view the per-piece pricing. But I can always quote via email if it's more complicated.
- Add details to 'Custom Requirements': Enter the specifications we've discussed in the box (or note "see email discussion" if that's easier). This information will carry through to each line item in your cart and at checkout, and I will see it on my end. So yes, you can have multiple custom cuts in your order, different details for each.
- Leave blank if standard: If you're ordering a standard item from the menu options, just leave the box empty. No charge is added when this box is left blank.
Custom cutting fee: There's a setup fee per custom cut to cover design and laser setup time. When you enter text into this box, the fee is divided up and added to the per-piece price you see—not as a separate charge.
Come back for more: Keep in mind, I keep your cutting files safely stored away and available for future purchases, should you require more. The setup fee is not required for subsequent purchases.
Hexagon & Octagon sizing: is the distance between two parallel sides.
Tear Drop sizing: WIDTH is the widest part of the spherical shape, while HEIGHT is the overall length of the Tear Drop, tip to tail.
MDF is dense, flat, and stiff, with no knots like those in grained plywood. Its fine particles provide dimensional stability without a predominant "grain" (as in lumber). Unlike most plywood, MDF contains no voids and delivers crisp edges. Use PVA Wood glue to attach your favourite basing materials so they match your already based models. Easily drilled for model pinning.
Acrylic is a popular and versatile thermoplastic suitable for many applications. Also known as plexiglass, lucite, or perspex, it is a common substitute for glass because it is crystal clear, lighter, more shatter-resistant, and easier to work with. Most acrylics can be easily cut, formed and fabricated. Quality acrylics can have outstanding weather resistance, a long lifespan, excellent clarity and can be recycled easily. Acrylic sheets are available in an extensive range of colours and tints.
All acrylic is supplied with a protective layer on both sides. This layer protects the acrylic from scratches during transport to you. These layers will need to be peeled away to reveal the actual colour underneath.
